onI put a request out through Truecar and was contacted the next day by a Spitzer representative. She answered my questions through text, which was my preferred method of communication because of my work. She set up an appointment for me and sent a confirmation through e-mail. I had done a lot of research before I went into the dealership so I had narrowed it down to two models. When I arrived, Dan asked me a couple more questions then showed me the vehicles. He and the rest of the staff was friendly very knowledgeable but not pushy. The whole process went very smoothly. I love the vehicle I decided on and would go to Spitzer again.
