A better buying experience

Bought Toyota Sienna and Avalon

He listened to what we had in mind and simply tried to meet that need, did not try to oversell anything. He seemed to answer questions… honestly. He was knowledgeable about the product and when he did not know he sought out the answer and he always responded in a timely manner. The entire process was very explicit and straight forward and did not feel like we were being swindled at any point. Usually buying a car your agree to one thing upfront then when it is time to take you to sign papers then a lot of hidden charges and fees enter the picture or they try and sale addition unnecessary things. This did not happen at Spitzer. The customer service was outstanding! The process was efficient and we are happy with our purchase.Excellent overall experience

I told him I was going to look at other trucks and he didn't try and push me into the truck that day.
