    I went into the dealership as I was interested in the RAV4. I was greeted by a salesman who spent time with me before showing me the vehicle. He asked questions which made sense. I was not pressured in anyway to move ahead with an immediate sale. Finance person suggested a lease that met my specific driving needs that I never thought possible given the amount of miles I drive per year. I actually went through 3 rounds of test driving the vehicle and asking questions. I only needed one night to contact friends who owned RAV4s to ask questions. Each confirmed what I was told which contributed to my decision to move ahead with getting the RAV4. I returned the next day and purchased the vehicle.

    The entire staff was very personal and truly concerned about giving a top quality inspection of the car! They also gave important advice on the future maintenance of the car and the possible time frame of the maintenance. From my experience this usually prevents unneeded expense in the future. Examples were when the car would possibly need brakes replaced to prevent rotor damage and possible tire replacement in certain amount of mileage on the car. Final positive was having the vehicle washed before leaving! On a scale of 1 - 10 the experience was a 10. Thanks again for the effort of everyone at Spitzer

    I was very pleased to have had Gary Alsberry as my salesperson. He was friendly, easygoing, and quite knowledgeable regarding my car. I felt he was honest and held to his promises. Will definitely ask for him again and will recommend him to my friends.

    It was one of the best car shopping experiences we have ever had. Kyle the salesman was so friendly, very informative and put no pressure on us to buy a vehicle. Spitzer Toyota is a very clean place and everybody was pleasant.

    Always on time and tells me if anything needs fixing before doing the job. Service is great. Will provide me a loaner car for lunch if needed.

    Easy to book time for service. Dave at desk was friendly, knowledgable and very approachable. Service was completed correctly and on time. The service and cost of tires was comparable to other sources (important)

    Salesman Ken was nice. Never over promised and delivered what is promised. Ken has explained all the new features of Camry. We have already been using Camry since 2005 and a Corolla since 2000 November.

    Great fast and friendly, the service manager explained everything that was done and condition of brakes tires ect, 10,000 mile oil change is free as well as brake service and tire rotation all fluids checked and topped off . Toyota full service keeps the value of you vehicle at the top. Best dealer service experience ever.

    Staff was great and the facility is clean and inviting. While waiting for my car we test drove a new RAV4 to replace my wife's car and will likely purchase it in the near future.
