The entire staff was very personal and truly concerned about giving a top quality inspection of the car! They also gave important advice on the future maintenance of the car and the possible time frame of the maintenance. From my experience this usually prevents unneeded expense in the future. Examples were when the car would possibly need brakes replaced to prevent rotor damage and possible tire replacement in certain amount of mileage on the car. Final positive was having the vehicle washed before leaving! On a scale of 1 - 10 the experience was a 10. Thanks again for the effort of everyone at Spitzer
