Just a look
by Dean on 05/09/2023Stopped to look at a 2022 Highlander that sounded nice, but I really loved the 4Runner that I already had. It had given me almost 100,000 miles and was still like new. My wife and I took a ride in the Highlander and was impressed with the… ride and confused with all the new electronic safety features it had. But Rutul Shah was patient and continued to explain the features to us. He didn't even laugh with our questions. We purchased the Highlander and "Thanks" to Rotul we are at least able to figure out most of its features.Dean, Thank you so much for your positive review! My service person is know James Thomas, he makes sure I understand and do what is best. He says it will… take 1 hour and usual it’s done on time or early. He has been very helpful and professional. He’s answered the many questions that I… always have. One of my favorite perks is that they store my tires for me. I use winter tires when we actually have a winter, and then I have to dig them out of the garage and put them in my car to go to the dealership. Such a pain! Charles Carter is usually the mechanic who takes care of my car… and I know my car is wwell taken care of with him.
