Stopped to look at a 2022 Highlander that sounded nice, but I really loved the 4Runner that I already had. It had given me almost 100,000 miles and was still like new. My wife and I took a ride in the Highlander and was impressed with the ride and confused with all the new electronic safety features it had. But Rutul Shah was patient and continued to explain the features to us. He didn't even laugh with our questions. We purchased the Highlander and "Thanks" to Rotul we are at least able to figure out most of its features.
