Great experience finding exactly what I wanted

My salesman Matt Baum was knowledgeable of the vehicle and it's features, updated me of the trucks… progress during the allocation process, and even offered to come in on his day off to complete the sale. Not as happy as expected!

Not only was David quick and efficient, he suggested future service and products, i.e., new tires, that I might want to consider at least before winter. He did not… try to pressure me into service or products that day, which was extremely comforting. Instead, he took the time to show me an example of the condition of my tires at this moment so that I could make an informed decision when the time is right. We finally find a salesman who… said he would need a 9000 down payment and a cosigner, so he took his 5000-down payment down the street to another dealership and bought a 2023 Volkswagen Jetta.Super Service

My ‘06 Avalon
by Mel Harris on 07/14/2023I have not had any major issues with my vehicle in the 17 years that I’ve had it. The check engine light came on and the car needed an inspection. Because of the low mileage since the previous inspection, my car exempt for emissions and… passed but the engine light issues revealed manifold and sensor problems. The service advisor, Charles Carter, thoroughly explained the necessary repairs needed and wrote a list of the parts needed. Because of the age of my vehicle, parts had to be ordered. A day or so later Charles called to let me know that the parts were in and we set a date for the repairs. I tried avoiding the auto dealerships to save money, but I realize that their knowledge and experience with their products is the best solution. Thanks Spitzer Toyota technicians and Charles Carter.Mel, We are overjoyed that Charles could put you at ease and get your automotive needs taken care of.
