I worked with David Bole in service, which was completed ahead of schedule. Not only was David quick and efficient, he suggested future service and products, i.e., new tires, that I might want to consider at least before winter. He did not try to pressure me into service or products that day, which was extremely comforting. Instead, he took the time to show me an example of the condition of my tires at this moment so that I could make an informed decision when the time is right. I greatly appreciate David's extra level of care and concern.
