The most hassle-free car purchase we ever made. Spitzer Toyota… staff are extremely courteous and professional. Finance Manager, Ben, even secured a better rate than expected delearship is customer centric. Awesome experience from start to finish

At one point my daughter was whacking him on the arm with the key fob and he just rolled with the punches (rather literally). Between him and Ralph in finance, we were in… and out very quickly! Deana explained to me that I did not need an oil change at this time. She did not have to do that and could have just done… the oil change and charged me for it even if I did not need it. My service was done in a timely manner and I even received a checklist of all the items that were looked over by the service technican.John, thank you for the awesome feedback!
