Josh was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. At one point my daughter was whacking him on the arm with the key fob and he just rolled with the punches (rather literally). Between him and Ralph in finance, we were in and out very quickly! I’ve never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. Thank you!
