onDeana Hicks is an excellent service advisor. I went to the dealership asking for a tire rotation and oil change. Deana explained to me that I did not need an oil change at this time. She did not have to do that and could have just done the oil change and charged me for it even if I did not need it. My service was done in a timely manner and I even received a checklist of all the items that were looked over by the service technican.
