James Thomas was there when I checked in and consulted with me throughout the… process about any problems. A visit I expected to take all afternoon was done in less than 2 hours.Steve, Thank you for being a repeat customer and entrusting us to service your Toyota Highlander. Best Service Ever!
by Steve48 on 11/19/2024Bought my Tacoma from Spitzer and it was a great experience. Since then I have had all the maintenance done there also. Recently I scheduled a tire rotation and oil change. When I arrived Deana Hicks told me the tire rotation was due but… not the oil change. I was impressed that Spitzer didn't want me to get service I wasn't ready for. Deana pointed this out and I was impressed with her honesty. She was very friendly and did a super job keeping me informed about my truck.Thank you for your excellent review! I m very happy and satisfied from the car service.that was completed for me on August 31, 2024. There… wasn't a very long wait for the service , and was very excellent customer support and leadership was provided by the team with Service Advisor James Thomas that facilitated the process. by Patricia Ireland on 05/24/2024I bought my Lexus RX 350 used from Spitzer Toyota in 2019. I had an extended warranty so I took my car back to Spitzer for regular oil changes. My extended warranty is over but I still take my car back to Spitzer for oil changes. This week… when I went for an oil change I had the very best service experience of my life and it was because of the great job done by Deana Hicks. When I pulled into the garage Deana greeted me immediately, she was professional yet personable. Deana asked my name and why I was there. She looked up my info reminded me to leave my keys and I was on my way in minutes! About an hour or so later when I was at home waiting, I received a text from Deana with a video of the mechanic inspecting the underneath of my car. I have never seen the underneath of my car and I was so impressed. The mechanic pointed out the condition of my tires, brakes and exhaust and pointed out that the cap was missing on the radiator overflow cup and another item that was loose near the front bumper. Again, so very impressed with this technology! Very helpful! I responded to the text and asked if they would replace the missing cap which they did. I had also been told previously that I should get a radiator flush due to high mileage on my vehicle but Deana said my radiator was fine and I did not need that service at this time. My car was completed and I asked for the total which Deana gave to me via text message. I headed out to get my car. Again I was greeted by Deana at the service desk. It took a few minutes and I mean a few minutes to check out and I was on my way. I commend Deana on doing a wonderful job. I’ve already told my family about the positive experience and I will recommend Spitzer Toyota for sales and service.Hi Patricia, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this positive review! I would like confirmation that by continuing to have you rotate my tires… will sustain the warranty on the tires that I purchased roughly a year ago.
