We purchased our Toyota Highlander at Spitzer and all service has been done there for 5 years. Most recently I was in for annual inspection and snow tires. James Thomas was there when I checked in and consulted with me throughout the process about any problems. A visit I expected to take all afternoon was done in less than 2 hours.
