I bought my Lexus RX 350 used from Spitzer Toyota in 2019. I had an extended warranty so I took my car back to Spitzer for regular oil changes. My extended warranty is over but I still take my car back to Spitzer for oil changes. This week when I went for an oil change I had the very best service experience of my life and it was because of the great job done by Deana Hicks. When I pulled into the garage Deana greeted me immediately, she was professional yet personable. Deana asked my name and why I was there. She looked up my info reminded me to leave my keys and I was on my way in minutes! About an hour or so later when I was at home waiting, I received a text from Deana with a video of the mechanic inspecting the underneath of my car. I have never seen the underneath of my car and I was so impressed. The mechanic pointed out the condition of my tires, brakes and exhaust and pointed out that the cap was missing on the radiator overflow cup and another item that was loose near the front bumper. Again, so very impressed with this technology! Very helpful! I responded to the text and asked if they would replace the missing cap which they did. I had also been told previously that I should get a radiator flush due to high mileage on my vehicle but Deana said my radiator was fine and I did not need that service at this time. My car was completed and I asked for the total which Deana gave to me via text message. I headed out to get my car. Again I was greeted by Deana at the service desk. It took a few minutes and I mean a few minutes to check out and I was on my way. I commend Deana on doing a wonderful job. I’ve already told my family about the positive experience and I will recommend Spitzer Toyota for sales and service.
