    The sales managers were pushy, condescending, and sneaky. This is the second time I have leased from them and both times they tried to do a bait and switch by running numbers on a similar, less expensive car, and trying to get me to say yes to the purchase. Luckily, I’m not your typical female and I caught their game immediately and called them out, so I got a great car at a great price. (Though the price I agreed to was $3 higher when I went to sign the paperwork, but they messed up the mileage agreement so I signed for 12,000 miles rather than 10,000.) After the purchase, however, service was atrocious. I called on a Tuesday and told them I’d be bringing the car in on Thursday night for a part replacement (that THEY set up) but I needed a loaner to get home and get to work the next day. Yeah, no problem, I was told. Show up Thursday night, no loaner. In their defense, some of the older salespeople tried to find a way to get me a car but just couldn’t. They told me to come back in the morning before work (not ideal) and to see Chris in service as he would have the loaner for me. I drove back home (luckily I’m only a mile and a half away) and showed up at 8am the next morning. Chris in service had no clue what I was talking about, and insisted they had no loaners for me. No one even tried to help me problem solve until I went back to them and told them they HAD to get me a car so I could get to work. In the end, they dropped me off at work and promised they would make a way for me to get back to pick up my car later. They did do all the work well, clean up the car beautifully, and fill up my gas tank, but the final nail in the coffin was when they called me to set up a time to deliver my car back to me (which I did appreciate) and they told me, “Oops, we messed up the mileage when you signed your paperwork, we’ll bring you the paperwork to sign for 10,000 miles.” I very politely explained that the price I signed for was $3 higher than I was told so I didn’t want to change the mileage. The manager offered to lower the payment the $3 and go to 10,000 miles, and when I politely declined again, he rudely said “Fine!” and hung up on me.

    I am a 22 year old so when i was shopping for a used car, alot of delarships severly undervalued ny trade, and would refuse to negotiate on the price (even when they were asking $3k over kbb for their car). The people at Kelly Buick GMC firstly did not treat me like a child. They treated me like an adult, and they were willing to work with me on my trade and the asking price of the car i wanted to make it fit my budget. I didn't go into Kelly Buick GMC expecting to even make a deal, but Nick Hoffer and Mike Cabales worked hard to get me the best deal and make the numbers work for me. I can't recommend this delarship enough!

    My girlfriend and I went in to look at a car we were told by I believe his name was Peter when we got there the guy would not answer us to where the car was and handed us off to a sales person first sign of a bad place then we informed the sales person we only wanted our credit pulled no more then 3 times they did 9 come to find out later on we have since bought a car from a dealership that was honest very disappointed with this place

  • Love my Infiniti from a Buick Dealer lol

    Drove past Kelly Buick a couple days in a row on the way to work & kept seeing this Infiniti Q50 out front . Finally I stopped in, I was greeted by Terrell Parker turned off t to be a great guy, grabbed the keys & we took for a great test drive on the highway and than over a winding mountain. I've lived her 10 years never knew of this road, I know take it as short cut from emmaus to the Promenade, thanks Terrell. So I loved the car , was close on numbers but I just needed a little something extra, Terrell showed me different financing options and really worked hard to find me one that worked. Needless to say I love this car and Hiw I was treated when I purchased it . I would highly recommend Kelly Buick to my friends new or they have a wide variety of preowned.

    I just bought a new GMC Acadia from Kelly Buick GMC. I couldn't have had a better experience. Terrell Parker was my salesman and gave me no lines, no bull, was very knowledgeable about my vehicle choices. He was great during the test drive and worked extremely hard to make the numbers work. If you are in the market (new or used) go to Kelly Buick GMC and ask for Terrell. He was amazing! Thank you!

    Dealership is very shiest in my opinion .dishonest when it comes to your final paperwork will tell you one thing and do another at signing [Buyer beware of this practice at this dealership] i know i lease the vehicle brand new on May1 2017, [buyer beware when turning in a pre lease car from another manufacturer at this dealership they tell you they'er going to pay the lease payments off and you just turn your car in at other dealer.make sure when you leave Kelly GMC you have check in hand when leaving because any money you put out of pocket first to pay that other lease off they turn around and defraud you out that money by telling one thing and doing another at that point it's to late [FYI. your out that money]get a check from them first do your homework be smart and in my personal opnion, lease or buy somewhere else still waiting for money owed from this dealer signed truthfully not angry just got whole lot smarter and will not purchase here anymore

    Sales: People are very easy to work with and very accommodating. They will strive to meet to your demands within the limits of what they can do and gain your confidence to become a customer. I will not hesitate to shop here for any of my future vehicle needs. Service: I have my vehicle brought back and forth for some issues, and, during each of my visits, I am greeted with very friendly people who are very willing to listen to all of my concerns.

    My Wife and myself had a disagreement with one of the sales managers at Kelly, after Mr Jim B got involved in the concern, the Sales Manager apologized for the misunderstanding and Mr B the General Manager made things right and they have earned our on going business. I accept the Sales Managers apology. I guess what I'm trying to say is they do care when a customer isn't completely satisfied.
