Called for appointment and it was smooth and prompt. Drop-off was quick with paperwork ready before I… arrived. Was kept inform of work status and was even sent a video of the measurements during the inspection. A thorough assessment of car performance was complete and discussed with me.In & Out

Fast turnaround
by Tlhenderson on 10/02/2024Front panel of panoramic roof shattered for no apparent reason. Contacted Devon BMW and they encouraged me to bring the car in right away. Told me it may be a week because they had to order parts etc. But they provided me with a loaner so… OK. Received a call two days later saying car was done. Much sooner than expected. Picked up my car that night. Alls well that ends well.We're glad to hear that our team at BMW of Devon could get your car fixed up so quickly and provide you with a loaner in the meantime. Awful customer service
by LM on 11/30/2023Service advisor does not return calls/emails. I wanted to use a coupon that was mailed to my house and he gave me a hard time about it. Trying to get it resolved but service advisor Richard does not respond to messages. Awful customer… service. I spent $2,000 on repairs and now they won’t return calls.I'm sorry to read about your experience. It's important for us that our customers feel heard and valued, so it's disappointing to learn we've fallen short of this expectation. Flat Tire

I called two other BMW dealerships who wanted me drop it off and they would get to the repair at some point. After getting off the phone I… checked for a dealership near my work on route to my son’s college. It was BMW of Devon. They took my car right away and i was back on the road in 45 minutes. They were very gracious and professional. The best service I have at any dealership!!!Excellent service!
