Working with BMW service advisor Jeffery "Jeff" Martin of Devon BMW, is always a pleasure. He is the consummate professional: smart, trustworthy (rare these days) passionate about his work, and always works hard to listen, answer questions, and ultimately ensure that our BMWs are properly serviced. I am extremely satisfied with the consistent high quality service that Jeff provides and would not consider taking my BMW anywhere else for service.

Awful customer service

Service advisor does not return calls/emails. I wanted to use a coupon that was mailed to my house and he gave me a hard time about it. Trying to get it resolved but service advisor Richard does not respond to messages. Awful customer service. I spent $2,000 on repairs and now they won’t return calls.

Got a quote and an appointment with no hassle. Schedule was full and they tried to fit me in before but was not possible because of others already in line. They answered all my questions and had added items I was going to add before I had to ask.

Flat Tire

On my way to visit my son in college for parents weekend i noticed a bubble and tear on my tire. I called two other BMW dealerships who wanted me drop it off and they would get to the repair at some point. After getting off the phone I checked for a dealership near my work on route to my son’s college. It was BMW of Devon. They took my car right away and i was back on the road in 45 minutes. They were very gracious and professional. The best service I have at any dealership!!!

I have worked with my service advisor, Jeff Martin, for many years. I had discovered tire bulges on my two front tires while washing my car and was going out of town to attend my daughter's graduation ceremony. Jeff made sure I was able to bring the car in quickly and had the tires replaced. I have been extremely happy with my service experiences with Devon BMW which is enhanced with the great service provided by Jeff.

Excellent service visit and experience. From the friendly and efficient check in process, through all interaction with the service advisor, up to the pick up - everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Even comments made by the mechanic on the invoice were very detailed - I felt reassured that the car was tested and repaired the right way.
