Working with BMW service advisor Jeffery "Jeff" Martin of Devon BMW, is always a pleasure. He is the consummate professional: smart, trustworthy (rare these days) passionate about his work, and always works hard to listen, answer questions, and ultimately ensure that our BMWs are properly serviced. I am extremely satisfied with the consistent high quality service that Jeff provides and would not consider taking my BMW anywhere else for service.
