by Glenn312 on 12/19/2018Truck was delivered on time. Door would not open and piece was broken doing repair. Was aware of broken piece by dealer which they had to order. Did not discover the door would not open from the inside a week later since it was the… passenger door. The dealer fixed both problems and now things are all good.We are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! by D3cco12 on 12/03/2018I was ok with the service I received for the scheduled appt for an inspection and other items. I was very disappointed when I called to try to have my car serviced about a week or so afterwards My engine light was on the car stalled etc.… and the earliest that I could get an appointment was 12/14 almost 2 1/2 weeks. I was told I could bring it in but the earliest appoint was on 12/14. I was forced to go elsewhere since I could not go without my car and didn't want to have to hassle with it sitting at the dealers for 2 1/2 weeks and renting a car for that time period. I am thinking about purchasing a new car and I will not purchase it from Woltz and Wind FordWoltz & Wind Ford consistently impresses me

by Freebird on 10/23/2018updated 11/02/2018I had just had my Escape inspected and less than a week later I found I had no horn when I car pulled out in front of me. I'm not sure how the vehicle passed inspection? When I called to tell them what happened and to get an appointment… for it to be fixed, I was told it would be 3 weeks until I could get in. Had to call the service manager, who cleared an appointment in two days. Once I got in there, they got it fixed in the one day they had my car and it was a bonus to find out my extended service plan (on a 2011 Escape) covered the bulk of the cost with on a $100 deducible.We're so pleased to hear that everything was completed so quickly and to your satisfaction!
