Horn Repair

I had just had my Escape inspected and less than a week later I found I had no horn when I car pulled out in front of me. I'm not sure how the vehicle passed inspection? When I called to tell them what happened and to get an appointment for it to be fixed, I was told it would be 3 weeks until I could get in. Had to call the service manager, who cleared an appointment in two days. Once I got in there, they got it fixed in the one day they had my car and it was a bonus to find out my extended service plan (on a 2011 Escape) covered the bulk of the cost with on a $100 deducible.
