My sales associate was Brandon Berg. He did a great job. He sent me detailed photos… of the truck I was interested in and gave me lots of good info. He even picked me up at the airport on his day off when I flew up from So. Calif. to make the purchase. The dealership is spotlessly clean and attractive and the staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend Lithia Medford Dodge.Very Happy

He listened to me, told me about the features of the cars I test drove, was patient and did not pressure me but facilitated my decision. I very much appreciated his… style. When I first arrived on the lot the original salesman who greeted me came across as arrogant and impatient. I chose to not ride in the car with him to the office to copy my ID but met him up there. He was, apparently, offended by this and passed me off to Chance Hogue. Thank goodness! I would not have purchased a car from someone with that attitude. I had the same experience with the (older) original finance guy. He was arrogant and impatient. I told Chance I didn't want to work with him and I was able to work with Justin after that. I truly appreciated Justin. He was patient and explained the optional coverages so that I could make an informed decision. So, between Chance and Justin, I ended up having a good experience and I truly enjoy my new Cherokee.Great experience

My salesperson name was Adam and he was more than willing to show me anything and everything and not pushy or in a hurry to sell anything. I… really got the feeling he wanted me to find what I would be happy with even if he didn't make a sale. After finding the truck I wanted the finance department was one of the best I've delt with, no back and forth for hours trying to get you for as much as posible for the commission. I gave them my terms I was looking for and they were able to deliver within a few dollars. I would highly recommend these guys for your next vehicle purchace.
