Chance Hogue was the sales person that I worked with and he was great. He listened to me, told me about the features of the cars I test drove, was patient and did not pressure me but facilitated my decision. I very much appreciated his style. When I first arrived on the lot the original salesman who greeted me came across as arrogant and impatient. I chose to not ride in the car with him to the office to copy my ID but met him up there. He was, apparently, offended by this and passed me off to Chance Hogue. Thank goodness! I would not have purchased a car from someone with that attitude. I had the same experience with the (older) original finance guy. He was arrogant and impatient. I told Chance I didn't want to work with him and I was able to work with Justin after that. I truly appreciated Justin. He was patient and explained the optional coverages so that I could make an informed decision. So, between Chance and Justin, I ended up having a good experience and I truly enjoy my new Cherokee.
