We recently had a negative experience with Lithia of Medford, but when we went in to fix the issue with our Jeep we found out that the Auto, Sales, and Finance departments helped us out beyond our expectations. We went from on unsafe vehicle to a fantastic safe vehicle. Thank you for taking care of us the respectable way we deserved.
