I have been to more than a few dealerships in that time and can easily say Tonkin Hillsboro CJDR is, hands-down, the BEST dealership in this region. Their service department is… quick, efficient, personable, and communicative. Darien made sure to keep me informed every step of the way; talked through the issues and recommendations, answered all my questions; and allowed me the time I needed to make the decision that was right for me. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service moving forward. Ultimately, I ended up trading in for a newer, higher-trim model of the car that’s served me so well this last decade. For this, I worked worth Allan, who provided the best shopping / purchasing process I’ve honestly ever experienced — and we just bought my girlfriend a car six months ago (from somewhere else, unfortunately). Allan listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, and managed my hesitations / concerns. I walked in with no forewarning to see what they had, and ended up leaving with the car of my dreams. Allan and the team provided a seamless, straightforward, no-pressure environment that again allowed me the information, time, and space I needed to make the best decision for my needs. 10/10 experience. Again, I’ve been to a LOT of CJDR dealerships on the West Coast and I can confidently say my experience at Tonkin has been unmatched from end to end. Even though this dealership is a 45 minute drive for me, this is now my go-to for service and sales moving forward. He was the friendliest person with extreme knowledge of the vehicle we we buying.… Negotiations went very well and we knew right away that this was the right deal at the right place. The finance director was Daniel. He was also great. He took the time to explain every detail to us of the whole process. All in all, it was the best experience ever and they went the extra mile to speed up the process so we could continue our special trip. Sold car returned
by First 300 on 03/20/2024Working with Jeremy was great. I got the car that I wanted even after I thought it had been sold. I was a little worried though after the check engine light came on right after leaving the dealership. I found the wiring harness had been… unplugged from the air sensor. Not sure how that happened but no big deal. It was a way to go for me as I live in Vancouver, but happy with the car so far.We're glad to know that you had a positive experience with Jeremy and got the car you wanted at Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. We apologize for any worry caused by the check engine light, but we're relieved it was an easy fix. Enjoy your new ride!

Car shopping is never fun (at least for me), but working with Randy on the purchase of our Chrysler Pacifica a couple weeks ago turned out to actually be kind of fun. A few… things about working with Randy, 1) I genuinely trusted everything he said, 2) I felt like he treated us fair on the trade-in of our vehicle and purchase of the Pacifica, 3) he stayed really late (3 hours after the dealership closed) to work my family, 4) he was super kind and patient with our kiddos while the grown-ups worked on the deal and 5) even after the sale, Randy has provided great follow-up to make sure we're happy. Prior to this purchase I had never bought a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram, but the next time I do buy (even if it's not one of those brands) I'm probably going to reach out to Randy at Tonkin just to get his opinion, because honestly...
