Randy May provided my family an amazing car shopping experience! Car shopping is never fun (at least for me), but working with Randy on the purchase of our Chrysler Pacifica a couple weeks ago turned out to actually be kind of fun. A few things about working with Randy, 1) I genuinely trusted everything he said, 2) I felt like he treated us fair on the trade-in of our vehicle and purchase of the Pacifica, 3) he stayed really late (3 hours after the dealership closed) to work my family, 4) he was super kind and patient with our kiddos while the grown-ups worked on the deal and 5) even after the sale, Randy has provided great follow-up to make sure we're happy. Prior to this purchase I had never bought a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram, but the next time I do buy (even if it's not one of those brands) I'm probably going to reach out to Randy at Tonkin just to get his opinion, because honestly... I trust him.
