Randy and Brian did a great job of helping each other help me, as they slowly led me through the process of purchasing a new Pacifica van. In these days of low dealer inventory, I was able to purchase a van off the lot and avoid the 3-4 month delay from ordering a new vehicle. Thanks for your help.
