I’ve been a member of the Mopar family for over 10 years. I have been to more than a few dealerships in that time and can easily say Tonkin Hillsboro CJDR is, hands-down, the BEST dealership in this region. Their service department is quick, efficient, personable, and communicative. Darien made sure to keep me informed every step of the way; talked through the issues and recommendations, answered all my questions; and allowed me the time I needed to make the decision that was right for me. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service moving forward. Ultimately, I ended up trading in for a newer, higher-trim model of the car that’s served me so well this last decade. For this, I worked worth Allan, who provided the best shopping / purchasing process I’ve honestly ever experienced — and we just bought my girlfriend a car six months ago (from somewhere else, unfortunately). Allan listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, and managed my hesitations / concerns. I walked in with no forewarning to see what they had, and ended up leaving with the car of my dreams. Allan and the team provided a seamless, straightforward, no-pressure environment that again allowed me the information, time, and space I needed to make the best decision for my needs. 10/10 experience. Again, I’ve been to a LOT of CJDR dealerships on the West Coast and I can confidently say my experience at Tonkin has been unmatched from end to end.
