I had a very positive experience when buying a new car from Gresham Toyota. My salesperson, Vitaliy, went the extra mile in guiding me through the car buying process. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and very helpful.

  • Toyota Camry Hybrid

    I am really enjoying my new Toyota Camry Hybrid. So different from my 2000 Camry. Great gas mileage. Love that the back seats lay down for more cargo space. The back up camera gives me confidence reversing into tight spaces. Love the hands… free phone connection. Controls are conveniently located. I'm still learning about all it can do, but caught on to the basics pretty quickly. I'm so glad for the upgrade!

    Deal was simple and efficient, through internet/email. Got the car I wanted without hassles or pressure. Sales rep was very friendly when we arrived at the dealership. Had the exact vehicle ready for me to see n test drive.

  • Best vehicle buying experience

    Over the phone I negotiated a vehicle price down a bit from what Gresham Toyota had listed on their website. In the two days between my negotiation and actually heading in to purchase the vehicle they dropped their online listed price by… $300. Without mentioning anything, they also lowered my negotiated price by $300. I'm very happy to recommend Gresham Toyota to friends and family. Huge thanks to Kalei and Lonnie for making this such a great experience, and a special thanks to Brian in finance for making sense of my convoluted (active duty) residency situation and making it look easy.

    I just purchased a 2019 4Runner from Gresham Toyota and had the best car buying experience. Nick was my salesman and he was a true professional. Russell in finance was great and got me through the process quickly. I highly recommend this… place for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

  • Amazing customer service

    I bought 3 new cars in 3 years at Gladstone Toyota, and only 1 time I felt like it was a good deal. I saw a promotion for a highlander at Gresham Toyota and went to check it out, then went to Gladstone Toyota and wow!, they were hard to… negotiate and couldn’t compete on price, so I went back to Gresham and bought my wife her highlander. Oli was amazing, patient, polite and had a good vibe. At the end he even bought me lunch and I left Gresham Toyota happy and feeling I got a good deal.

    I am very happy with my service, had some extra issues. From the very beginning making the appointment to picking up my vehicle was superior to any other Toyota dealer service I have patroness. (Lake City Wa and Bend Or) exceeded my… expectations. Your service crew excels in honesty,candor and service is very thorough. Rick found a problem Lake City could not. I will be switching all my service from now on to you!! Good job team!!

    Gresham Toyota wasn’t my first Toyota dealership I visited when looking for a new highlander. When I came into other dealers, they were more pushy to “see some numbers” unlike Gresham Toyota. Our salesman, Paul, was very knowledgeable about… the two vehicles we were comparing side by side and was able to break down every little feature each one had which made our decision making more simple. They weren’t pushy whatsoever and worked with us better than the other three dealerships we visited. If your a simple person looking to skip all the sales bs that dealerships offer, come to Gresham Toyota, you won’t regret it.

  • Gresham Toyota ROCKS!!!!

    I noticed a car for sale on auto trader.com at Gresham Toyota and called to inquire about it. From my initial phone call, I was treated as if I was buying a 2018 RollsRoyce from this dealership. My sales person, Kalei, could not have been… any more kind and professional. Even though I was buying a car that’s worth a couple thousand dollars, he treated me as if I were a king. Gresham Toyota earns my business moving forward. I can only wish that all sales people in the automobile industry are half as nice and professional as Kalei. Thank you for an amazing job! Doug V
