Exceptional dealer service experience

These folks have it dialed. I don't live in the Portland area, but come through it frequently, so when the 85k service on my 2014 4Runner needed to be done, and a few things needed to be looked at after a long trip to the desert, I dropped by to see if they could squeeze me in, which they did! The whole experience was great. Everyone I talked to was polite, supportive and helpful. It turned out I needed new rear brake pads, so they were able to get those done for me as well. The wait was not too long, the prices were reasonable and my service advisor, Ronita, was incredibly helpful. Just a terrific experience all the way around.
