I would give a higher rating but the map in the car was very important to me and come to find out the one we picked didn’t have it or can’t have it, I was told several times it did. I may not have picked this level of a model if I was aware of this ahead of time. I was told to down load an app and it will tell me how to make the map work. I tried to figure it out for 3 days before I went back and a very nice lady explained that I couldn’t do what I was wanting I need to use my phone! Ugh! Now I have to upgrade my phone. We traded in a car that had more bells and whistles then this one which is fine but I specifically said I want the navigation system, didn’t get it. Other than that everyone was very nice! Have bought several vehicles from them. Yes I would use them again but with someone that has more knowledge on the car we are wanting.
