They earned their stars
by N97420 on 08/13/2024I have a 2015 Sprinter passenger van that is our family wagon & has a UVL wheelchair lift for my youngest kiddo. I made an appointment online w/ one of their service coupons & took the 4hr r/t drive w/ my youngest son, who’s wheelchair… bound for our appointment. Unfortunately, after we arrived it was discovered that they didn’t have the parts needed, so we returned back home. Jason, my service advisor said he would make it up to us & he was true to his word. A few weeks later they had the parts for my van & they made the 4hr r/t drive to my house w/ a service loaner, Sprinter crew van. They picked up my van & worked on the repair. I was able to take my son to his appointments w/ the service loaner. It was quite a nice surprise & he honored the service coupon, so I added a couple more things for them to repair while they had it. Overall, it was a good experience and I learned some useful information about the new Sprinters. Thanks for the good service, you earned your stars. ⭐️Thank you for sharing your experience! Sprinter Van Shawn

He squeezed me in even though they were booked 2 weeks out cause my heater quit working, had the van ready for me the next day. His communication is great and I… always feel like I know exactly what’s going on with my van when there ( this is the second van I’ve had that’s been worked on at MB of Eugene) Highly recommend Shawn B. and MB of Eugene!!Tyler, it's great to know that Shawn and our team at Mercedes-Benz of Eugene were able to provide such excellent service for your Sprinter van. Superb customer service

We found this car online from Bend and did not want to run into any… miscommunication when we drove over to pick the car up. The whole process was honest, friendly, professional. Everything they told us on the phone is exactly what happened in person when we drove over to pick the car up. We were so pleased we also made a great deal on a second Mercedes they had on their lot! Paul worked out a great finance plan and Stefanie got the new paperwork done in minutes! Henri drove the car back to Bend and drove my former car back to Eugene! Paul (the sales manager) was extremely helpful over email, helping me value my trade-in, and doing some light negotiating. Mary was our head salesperson, and did a fantastic job… teaching us about the car (especially since it was not a Mercedes), and made sure we felt welcome in her office. Amy helped us with financing. She worked extremely hard to make sure we had the best interest rate at several local banks and credit unions. She got us in and out quickly, given the large amount of paperwork that comes with buying a car. Every person in the dealership was extremely friendly and made sure we were comfortable, and didn't need anything (I was offered coffee, water, etc. several times). by jclaeys on 10/03/2015We purchased a late model SUV from MB of Eugene. Tom, in sales, brought the SUV to our home to show it. It was about 10 miles away. We were able to make to trade deal right there, and then went back to the dealer to do the paperwork. Easy… and stress free (really). A few days later, while driving into the glare of the sun, we noticed that the windshield was somewhat pitted and had a small crack. I spoke with Paul West, sales manager, about the problem and he offered to try to make it right through a repair process. Sometimes buying a used vehicle with a "cosmetic" flaw can be something you just "have to live with", afterall, it is used. However, Paul West, stepped up to the plate and arranged to have a brand new windshield installed, in my opinion, going above and beyond great customer service. I would highly recommend doing business with this first class professional establishment.Thank you for the great review. Our #1 Goal here at Mercedes Benz of Eugene is customer satisfaction. The deal and options had to be just right and it was because of the sales team at MB of Eugene. Rashind met me in Salem to show me a vehicle I was interested… in. Paul the Sales manager and I corresponded over email and phone before the meeting so they knew my expectations and it happened! I bought my dream car a GLK because of the ease of these men. Paul is a easy going gracious person and negotiated with me fairly. I WOULD buy another car from them. Paul also took care of a few of my wants with the car, like a first aid kit, a battery for my key and contacts at a local dealer for service, Thank you gentlemen as I was alone on this purchase.
