Mercedes-Benz of Eugene

We purchased a late model SUV from MB of Eugene. Tom, in sales, brought the SUV to our home to show it. It was about 10 miles away. We were able to make to trade deal right there, and then went back to the dealer to do the paperwork. Easy and stress free (really). A few days later, while driving into the glare of the sun, we noticed that the windshield was somewhat pitted and had a small crack. I spoke with Paul West, sales manager, about the problem and he offered to try to make it right through a repair process. Sometimes buying a used vehicle with a "cosmetic" flaw can be something you just "have to live with", afterall, it is used. However, Paul West, stepped up to the plate and arranged to have a brand new windshield installed, in my opinion, going above and beyond great customer service. I would highly recommend doing business with this first class professional establishment.
