Our experience with Paul West

This is the second car we have purchased from Mercedes of Eugene. This establishment goes above and beyond customer service. I live in Bend, Oregon and they made any issues or concerns I had so easy; always on my terms. The staff there is amazing and we HIGHLY recommend this organization. If you are looking to be treated like family and in an atmosphere that provides comfort, care and honesty this is the place to go. We want to express our since thanks to you Paul West and the staff for the courteous and professional manner extended to us during our recent purchase. It was an amazing experience and we will be back.
