I have a 2015 Sprinter passenger van that is our family wagon & has a UVL wheelchair lift for my youngest kiddo. I made an appointment online w/ one of their service coupons & took the 4hr r/t drive w/ my youngest son, who’s wheelchair bound for our appointment. Unfortunately, after we arrived it was discovered that they didn’t have the parts needed, so we returned back home. Jason, my service advisor said he would make it up to us & he was true to his word. A few weeks later they had the parts for my van & they made the 4hr r/t drive to my house w/ a service loaner, Sprinter crew van. They picked up my van & worked on the repair. I was able to take my son to his appointments w/ the service loaner. It was quite a nice surprise & he honored the service coupon, so I added a couple more things for them to repair while they had it. Overall, it was a good experience and I learned some useful information about the new Sprinters. Thanks for the good service, you earned your stars. ⭐️
