Excellent Service
by Jacquie on 03/11/2020It's a rare thing to say that dealing with a dealership was seamless, but this truly was. Our lease was almost over, and we received a reminder from Kendall Subaru. I contacted them via email, and we negotiated the entire deal on a new… lease via email. It's a 6 hour round trip for us, so it was important that we not have to spend hours negotiating at the dealership. We spent only and hour and a half there, looking at the car and signing paperwork, then drove home in our new Subaru. Kendall goes out of it's way

I live approximately 150 miles from their location, but after experiencing another dealership closer which was dishonest I decided to approach them. They were upfront,… provided an excellent offer within a few hours and the made the whole process of purchasing an auto a pleasing experience. My 2020 Subaru Crosstrek

I asked Kendall to match a price offered by another dealer, and Jerry… readily agreed to my offer. This was the most pain-free car buying experience I have ever had. And after I had driven my new Crosstrek for a few days, I had an appointment with Richard Trace as part of the Subaru Love Encore Re-Delivery process. I learned tons of stuff. The breadth and depth of this vehicle's electronics and safety features are astounding (and complex). Having this follow-up tutorial with Richard was very helpful. Kudos to both Jerry and Richard - and to Kendall for employing them.Congratulations on your new Crosstrek. We are glad to hear about your great buying experience with Jerry and Richard.

Never Treated Better
by Jeffery M. on 11/10/2019I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle than my recent purchase of a 2020 Outback at Kendall Subaru in Eugene, Oregon. Joseph, the sales person, expertly guided my wife and me through the selection of trim level and… other options that best suited our needs. Jim, Kendall Subaru's general manager, approved a very generous trade-in on a relatively new Impreza that, while a great compact, didn't rise to the level of the improvements that have gone into the 2020 Outback. Richard, the Love Encore Delivery person, answered all of our questions about EyeSight, StarLink, and Adaptive Cruise, as well as providing a thorough hands-on overview of the numerous other electronic features. I do not award 5 stars often or easily. For this purchase, however, both the vehicle and the dealership earned top ratings with room to spare.Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience with us. I was able to get all my questions answered and shop the current and soon arriving inventory. I then went in to the… dealership with a specific car in mind and test drove it. I also had a chance to ask all my questions, get helpful information, look through other cars with similar characteristics, and then purchase a new car. The total time at the dealership was low key, helpful, and shorter compared to the other dealerships I've been in. And they were able to beat the interest rate from my bank! Jerry Thompson, Randy Joe, Tim George, and Sabrina Avila were the absolute best!Great buying experience!
