It's a rare thing to say that dealing with a dealership was seamless, but this truly was. Our lease was almost over, and we received a reminder from Kendall Subaru. I contacted them via email, and we negotiated the entire deal on a new lease via email. It's a 6 hour round trip for us, so it was important that we not have to spend hours negotiating at the dealership. We spent only and hour and a half there, looking at the car and signing paperwork, then drove home in our new Subaru. A very positive experience.
