    This is my second Subaru and it they just keep getting better. My job requires travel around Oregon and the PNW. I need a vehicle that gets me where I need to go and Subaru delivers. This time I stepped up my game and bought a Forester Sport through the Costco Auto program. Combined with a $1000 return buyer discount, I saved almost $3000 off the sticker price. It's loaded with so many safety features and the eyesight feature works amazing. I purchased the model with option 24 which has the 9 speaker Harman Kardon stereo system. It has to be one of the best systems I've ever heard. The atuo lift gate is very convenient too. The only issue I found was the alignment. It caused the vehicle to drift all over the lane. I took it back to the dealer and it was quickly fixed. Even after the alignment issue I give it 5 stars because it deserves it.

    We went into Kendall Ford hoping to buy a Focus, but left the next day with the car I really wanted, a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Mel King spent a lot of time with us and got us a great deal on a lease (the best in oregon, actually, because I checked). I'm incredibly happy with the service and care Kendall and Mel gave us. No one was pushy and I never once felt pressured to do one thing over another. I highly recommend Kendall and definitely track down Mel for a great buying or leasing experience.

    We did some research and knew what we wanted, a 2015 Forester 2.5i Premium. Our Kendall Subaru salesman, Jacob, was straightforward and knowledgeable. We were a bit skittish. He did not try to upsell or pressure us. He tried to find us the best value and discounts available. I felt he was working for us. When we returned the following day, he came in from his day off, for which I was sorry. Other staff that we met we equally accomodating. Kendall has great customer service.

    5.0 /5 I found the buying experience at Kendall Subaru to be an actual pleasure instead of an ordeal. John Hazelton, my salesman, provided excellent service and proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of the process. I'm very impressed by the level of attention paid to making the customer feel welcome. All the staff provided complete information without pushing a hard-sell agenda,and for that I am very grateful.

    I just bought a new 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Kendall Subaru in Eugene. I was totally satisfied with every aspect of the transaction, from their initial online price quote to the final purchase. They had the exact car I wanted on their lot and when I came in for a test drive, there were no “surprises.” I got the car I wanted and at a great price. Sales person John Hazelton was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He took his time with me and there was no sales pressure. I really appreciated their no-nonsense, customer-centered approach and I wholeheartedly recommend Kendall to anyone looking to buy a Subaru!

    My wife took her car in to have a leak repaired. It had been leaking for a year or two before I convinced her that was why it started to smell when left out in the rain. We have had the car for 36 1/2 months, so they refused to honor the express warranty on this repair. However, there has to be some implied warranty of fitness for use or condition - or just plain doing the right thing - especially considering it was garaged most of its life. They told her it would be $89 to fix, which she did begrudgingly agree to pay - you know, if they fixed the leak. So an hour later and some questions about where she had seen the leak and they couldn't find ANYTHING. Being that it seems to leak so easily to me, after a few hours in the rain it stinks and there is water pooled under the floor mat, I have to question their competence at this point. Then, they informed her that she still had to pay the fee and that they wouldn't return the keys until she paid. I certainly won't be having them do any more service on her car. Nor will I be buying my next car from any Kendall affiliate - something I was almost sure to do very soon. Way to go for that $89.

    I started shopping for my new car back in late October. I found various dealerships though edmonds and read my car reviews. I had been into Kendall to get my car serviced and everyone has always been very nice and helpful. So after reading the article on buying new cars, I called Kendall and made an appointment for a test drive. I was very clear that I did not want a pushy salesman and that I would not be buying until later in the year. They gave an appointment with Rob Sandmeyer. He was great. We took a two hour test drive through various roads from the freeway, through town and up in the hills and back roads. Rob answered all my questions and was honest about things he did not know. He himself is a long time subaru owner and enjoyed the ride. Once the drive was over with he would call every couple of weeks to check in with me, but was never pushy or tried to make me make any decisions before I was ready. I went to see Rob the week before I was ready to buy and told him everything I wanted in my car and the things I didn't. He emailed me my quotes for 1 with nav and one without. I was not sure at that point which I wanted. I also went on edmonds and received quotes from a couple of other dealerships. I emailed back and forth with Rob and another dealership in Beaverton. Each time I contacted him with a lower bid from someone else he was able to get back with me and shave off a little more of the price. In the end Rob and Kendall was able to give me the best deal and treated me with great respect. He was even nice enough to drive my old car home for me and let me take him back to the dealership. Rob treated me great and I would recommend Kendall to anyone. (of course come with knowledge of what you want and how much your willing to pay)

    Never deal with any of these people! I made the mistake of ordering a brand new Legacy for my wife's birthday surprise. They GUARANTEED it would be in at least a week before she returned from a long trip to visit her family. I even paid for the car in advance of receipt because of the slick-talking sales manager. A week before my wife returned, I received a call from the alleged manager and he said, "We have a little problem. Your car didn't come in but it will be in soon." He claimed it was "on the truck" nearly 2 weeks earlier. What actually happened was the car came in and someone else bought it because they would have walked otherwise. My wife's car came in over a week after she came home and ruined the surprise. Sadder still, she was very angry because I had already sold her old car! When her car finally came in, it was missing the motion security sensor that I had ordered specifically. The idiotic sales manager gave me a $100 credit for the "mistake." When the car had 500 miles on it, some kids took a small hammer to EVERY single body panel. This would have been prevented if the correct alarm I ordered would have been on the car. The cost of repair was $1100 with $1000 deductible so we just left the car with all the little dents. It is quite the conversation piece now! As a result of these dishonest and deceptive salesmen, neither I or any of my family or friends will EVER patronize any Kendall Dealership! EVER!
