Kendall Subaru

I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle than my recent purchase of a 2020 Outback at Kendall Subaru in Eugene, Oregon. Joseph, the sales person, expertly guided my wife and me through the selection of trim level and other options that best suited our needs. Jim, Kendall Subaru's general manager, approved a very generous trade-in on a relatively new Impreza that, while a great compact, didn't rise to the level of the improvements that have gone into the 2020 Outback. Richard, the Love Encore Delivery person, answered all of our questions about EyeSight, StarLink, and Adaptive Cruise, as well as providing a thorough hands-on overview of the numerous other electronic features. I do not award 5 stars often or easily. For this purchase, however, both the vehicle and the dealership earned top ratings with room to spare.
