    Very reputable and knowledgeable folks! Love my Lexus and was sad to hear a mouse family had moved in under the hood! Could have been worse but they found it early before any wires had been eaten for bedding!!! Thx Toyota! Better price than anticipated and friendly kind service! Keep up the great work 🥰

    Not the way I have ever bought a car before, This Dealer is the only Lexus dealer in So. Oregon, locstion in Eugen ORand some 200 miles from our home in Grants Pass,Oregon. So our RX450H was bought without ever seeing or driving it. I did all by Texting with Our sales rep Carrie, C. I told her what equipment I wanted she found just the right car for us even with this "CHIP shortage thing" I sent her a check for our car, And after going up there to pick it up We drove the #2 new love of my life home. Kendell Lexus even had a Giant Red Bow on our car at pick up for us! Our sales Rep. Carrie C. was great not one oz.of psi to buy anything from her! We had dad Lincolns, Cads & Bmw's but none have been as great as our Lexus! What a kick back cruise ship it is! This is the car after your over the hill and want to take the rest in luxury!

    We live in Portland area but in May 2020 purchased a Rx 450h at this dealer due to unavailability of our wanted model in Portland. Into about month 2 of driving a squeaky noise developed when brake pedal is pressed. The symptom keeps coming and going away unpredictably. We consider the dealer in Portland our go to service provider due to much closer distance, and brought our vehicle in with audio recordings of the brake noise (Whenever we were there by appointment, the noise was not present though, so I thought the audio recordings would help). We made 2 appointments with Lexus of Portland and they could not conclude what was wrong. The noise then went away for about 2 months, and came back recently, very annoying. After a bad experience at Lexus of Portland with another vehicle, I tried locating the issue myself online and found it kinda common with the Lexus Rx 450h. Then came a happy birthday email from Carrie the sweet lady who sold us the Rx 450h. I got back to her asking for help (included an online video replicating the symptom), and got her attention instantly. Right the next day we got a call from Melissa at Kendall service department telling us that thanks to the video we included they may get hold of what's going wrong and we setup a service appointment for following week. As I'm writing this review, one week after our Rx 450h was serviced at Lexus of Kendall, the vehicle is as quiet as it should when the brake pedal is pressed. After almost one year bearing the brake noise off and on we are super happy with both sale and service department of Lexus of Kendall. We shall come back to them whenever we can. Thank you so much Carrie and Melissa! I still wonder why such a common issue, listed in Lexus service bulletin as BRAKE ACTUATOR L - SB - 0005 - 21, could not be located by Lexus of Portland? Hope they will read this review. We bought our first Lexus from them in 2008.

    As usual the people are polite and they listen. I got a new phone and asked if they could connect it to the car and said sure and they did it. They seem to be open to an questions and do not make fun of any questions- like can they connect my phone which took him no time.

    Kendall Lexus of Eugene Oregon did not have me on their schedule for the day when I arrived. It took some unpleasant argument before they agreed to service my car! They realized that mistake was on their side. Beyond that service was satisfactory as usual.

    The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.     My husband and I went to Kendall Lexus to test drive a new car. We had no intention of buying a car that day. We ended up driving home a 2017 model that was just what we were looking for. We never felt "steered" toward a specific car or model. We were never pressured to buy a car that day. Everyone was professional, friendly and gave us the space we needed to make our decision.

    Carrie was my salesperson and she was very helpful, no pressure and knowledgeable about the inventory on hand. It was a very warm day to test drive and she had all the cars cooled down before I got in. She also had to deal with my entourage of relatives of two sisters and a niece and was very patient answering all of their questions as well! I would certainly recommend going to see Carrie at Kendall Lexus if your in the market for a new Lexus.

    I don’t have a problem with the staff other than it seems when I have an issue with my car they’re unable to do anything about it. My moonroof has been broken since I’ve had it ( bought it brand new) and they band aid it every year. Now I have a problem with my fuel gage. It sometimes gets stuck after filling the tank and reads “empty.” The response from them was that they don’t really know what they can do and I hopefully don’t get stuck in the middle of nowhere. Just seems that when you purchase a luxury car, you should get a luxury car.
