Just purchased a 2017 RX350 from Kendall Lexus of Eugene. Outstanding dealership! Very professional, no pressure, no hassle, and helped us find the perfect car. In particular, the salesperson who helped us, Jorge Bautista, did an excellent job. He really knows the cars he sells, is very friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Lexus vehicle. Neil, in the finance department did an outstanding job also. He made the purchase of our vehicle stress free and easy. I highly recommend this dealership.

NX vs RX

We've owned an RX since 2005 and have been quite satisfied with the vehicle except my wife would not drive it because it so large. The new NX isn't much different but with all the safety features and the ability to set the mirrors and seat to fit her, she's off to the races. The staff at Kendal bent over backwards to ensure all our needs were dealt with prior to conclusion of the sale. They've continue to check back with us th ensure the vehicle is functioning as promised and designed. We're very satisfied with our new vehicle.

Greatest experience ever!!!

First of all I haven't been car shopping in many years and honestly I was dreading it. This was the best experience ever! The staff, Tim my salesman and Neal the purchase manager were amazing! I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and kindness. They were so accommodating! I wouldn't have my dream car if they hadn't posted it on Craigslist! So thank you for making my day and year! I'll be a forever customer!

Dishonesty Abounds

I am writing this, not so much to diss the dealership, but to warn future prospective used car (CPO) buyers that they better do their homework and get the "real" CPO checklist that Lexus provides, not the one Kendall Lexus provides. The "real" Lexus 161-point checklist has a place for you the customer to sign off on acknowledging any defects or deficiencies the vehicle may have, unlike the Kendall Lexus checklist. Maybe they have changed this process by now, but I wouldn't bet on it. My wife and I went to Eugene from the southern Oregon coast to buy a used Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPO), an RX350 to be exact. I traded in a vehicle with under 20,00 miles thinking an RX 350 would be better for winter driving in the snow. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Kendall and had planned to make this one our third Lexus, having not had any problems in the past, but this will be our last as long as Mike M. is still the general manager. He has a real problem knowing how to tell the truth. A great example for his sales people. The first thing we noticed driving off the lot was the inside windows were filthy.Either this had been a smokers vehicle or the windows were down while on the transport vehicle that brought this RX here. After driving over two hours to get home we noticed there were NO rear seat headrests and not the proper manuals. Further checking revealed no towing eyelet in the tool kit, only 20 lbs. of air in the doughnut tire spare, which could have caused a serious wreck had we needed to put it on and all the other tires were at least 10 lbs. low on air. The battery was low on water and the vehicle had numerous paint chips and scratches we had not seen. We arranged to get all this fixed and drove back the following week to get the paint chips fixed, headrests, manuals and a towing eyelet. We got excuses and were given the wrong year manuals, no headrests, no towing eyelet and a gobbed on paint chip repair. Now remember you pay extra for a CPO vehicle and this one even had the CPO sticker in the window, parked on the lot for sale. The Kendall crew would not reimburse us for the CPO inspection, obviously it was never done. It was not until I contacted Lexus out of Torrance, CA. did we get the manuals and Kendall did have a driver bring down the two rear headrests and eyelet. But there was no reimbursement for the CPO 161 point inspection. Lexus Corp. philosophy is their dealers are independent and they will not interfere,(with a scam). Finally after involving the Attorney Generals office in Salem, Kendall and Lexus, still distancing themselves from any involvement by their dealer, we were given the full price we paid for the vehicle, less our second trip to Eugene for pretty much nothing. I suppose this is how a Japanese manufacture has come to represent their vehicles. I'll be going back to German or American manufactures from now on. I now see how Kendall is able to give vehicles (a Ford truck in Dec. 2013) away by selling supposedly CPO vehicles and hoping nothing goes wrong. Another CPO advertised vehicle on their lot was missing the gear shift knob. We can not imagine all the 5 star ratings. Were they given by friends and employees? Or maybe, customers like us just figured lesson learned and not deal with this dealer again? Please do your homework before you too get taken.

As a busy business professional, they were able to accommodate my needs by staying late, driving me to find a better car, allowing me to return another day, and allowing me to work during the process. Everyone bent over backwards to make it smooth for me. When it came to the deal, they were strait up and did not insult my intelligence. One negotiation point and we were done. When we were done they brought in another saleswoman that was familiar with the Mercedes I bought to go over all the functions. I was very impressed and would recommend Kendall to anyone.

How lucky my wife and I feel we were to get to have Chris C. represent us at Kendall Lexus of Eugene! Working with Chris was the best car experience, by far, that either of us had ever had when purchasing a car. Absolutely no pressure and no up-selling, just clear explanations and PATIENCE with our questions. My advice to anyone wanting to buy a Lexus is simple....call Chris and follow her advice.

Amazing experience

Our experience at Kendall Lexus of Eugene was amazing! We went in thinking we would have to haggle and argue to get what we felt was fair. None of that happened. Chris Campbell was our sales associate and she completely changed our mind as far as what a car sales person is. Chris was very easy to talk to and she answered all of our questions. She never once made us feel pressured to buy a car. We found out we had mutual aquaintances and so it felt like we were talking to a new friend instead of negotiating a deal. I would recommend Chris to all my friends and family. Kendall Lexus of Eugene know how to treat their customers and thats why they have employees such as Chris. I am a extremely satisfied customer!

Good deals, GREAT people!

Our experiance with Kendall Lexus was very good. We traded in three cars for two (used) and felt the deal and pricing were satisfactory. However the service and personability of Christine and Steve exceeded any of our expectations. They were very respectful and got right to the price point that would work for everybody. No haggeling for hours over the last few dollars. Because of the five car deal, it was complicated, but Steve worked the numbers and within minutes we were shaking hands. There were no second or third level managers all hitting you with different number schemes, etc. It was the best car buying/trading experience we've had. Jack at Kendall Ford handled the paperwork and was extremely efficient. Overall I highly recommend Kendall Lexus. You do get what you pay for.

I wanted a new Lexus CT200h and decided to try the Costco auto-buy program. Costco sent my information to Kendall (a local dealer) and they immediately contacted me. I made an appointment with Greg Kuhnle for the next day. After a test drive, he offered me the car for a price far below MSRP and made me a very generous offer for my trade-in. I dread the usual process of haggling for a new car and thanks to Greg, I was able to skip that step entirely and still get a great deal. That was a first for me.

Easiest car purchase yet!

We were looking to buy new and with Steve's guidance ended up buying an IS 350 with 4300 miles and many more features than we originally had in mind. Jack, who helped us with the financing, called us week after we purchased the car and had found a lender with a lower interest rate as well as a better deal on the vehicle we traded in. Definately would purchase from Kendall Lexus again and would recommend them to my family and friends!
