Don’t buy anywhere else

I purchased a certified, used 2015 Lexus RX350 with over 100k miles. Because it was Lexus and a Lexus dealership ( I have purchased other vehicles though this same dealership), I didn’t give the purchase a second thought. Unbeknownst to me, my vehicle had after market brakes, rotors and shims. I took it back to the dealership and almost without hesitation, they told me they would replace all the parts and labor on their own dime ( over 1k). Having purchased 3 vehicles from Kendall Lexus I have one question? Why would anybody buy anything but a Lexus from Kendall Lexus of Eugene? Superior vehicles, superior service!
