I arranged through Kendall's call service to get my free 10K oil change & service at Kendall Lexus in Eugene. I got an immediate call back from Erwin in the service dept. and the date/time was set. No hassle! When I arrived, I was greeted like a good friend an provided with a loaner car to use while they worked on my car
