    I had gone on line to look at cars and received a e-mail back form Jason Bates asking if I had any questions, to contact him. That afternoon I took some time to visit the dealership. Jason was there and showed me around, looking a potential interests. A few days later my wife and I met Jason at the lot. He let us drive several cars, was very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, no pressure, guy. That afternoon we purchased the Ford Escape. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly.     Everything went well and Dave explained things as we asked. The technician I think his name was Slick but not sure, was very helpful getting our new car running after the battery was discharged and the car wouldn't start. We thought we would have got a better trade in value for our Honda, but that's the way things go sometimes. We love our new car and once again Kendall made us happy.

    On May 6, 2015 we purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from Kendall Ford. We looked at several used Fusions on the lot and test drove a couple. We were looking at used cars because we didn't think we could afford a brand new one. After Nile Stark and Ronnie Arnold spent a lot of time working on different ways to get us into a used vehicle, we were asked if we had thought about a new car. Ronnie explained how we could get a new car easier than a used one because of all of the great rebate offers and such. He also explained about how the extended warranty would actually save us money in the long run, and he also told us how the GAP insurance worked. He also answered all of our questions. We were very surprised at how thorough he was. He took the time to make sure we were making informed decisions about our purchase. Everyone was very friendly and quite helpful. Now that we have a brand new car, I don't know if we will be in the market for another car in the future, but if we are, it will definitely be from Kendall Ford. I tell everyone to go over there and at least look.....you never know, we were "just looking" too.

    The experience was great, as usual. My service advisor, Jen Fisher, welcomed me when I walked in the door, was familiar with what needed to be done with my Ford Transit van and took care of everything in a flash. I wait for the vehicle by hiding in a corner somewhere in the dealership to work on morning email and enjoy some coffee...Jen always finds me when the van is ready. She's professional and a great representative of your business. (and I'm always pleased with the service work done on the van - kudos to your techs). Steve Cash

    Came in for a warranty job on my 2014 Focus. Was given a free 1 day rental car while the clutch packs were replaced in the transmission. The work was performed in 1 day as estimated. The car drives wonderfully now. The service staff was courteous and professional. Good experience. Good job to all the service staff involved. Thank you. David Lodeesen

    I visited the dealership first and was shown the vehicles for which I was interested with the idea that I would return with my husband. He is a "Chevy" guy, so the saleslady said she would arrange for us to compare Kendall's Fords and Chevrolets, which was a great experience. When we arrived she had arranged for our tour of both lots. We were not expecting to buy a vehicle, but wound up buying because we found what we were looking for and were pleased with the service.

    Selection well above average. Salesman exceptional! Finance person very personable. Management on the sales floor in regard's to trade in value was poor, my trade was very clean and received minimal value, The vehicle I purchased was also very clean and had not even been through detail! and was priced at the highest end of retail value. I am happy with the vehicle purchased, I believe a repeat customer with whom have recommended your dealership to everyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I tell them all, its worth the drive. This was the first time I did not feel I got a good deal.

    Dealer would not update sync software as a warranty issue. No research to find out why 12 volt battery goes dead on my focus ev, just replaced it.
