    As always, entire staff focuses on customer satisfaction while waiting for the service to be completed and then afterwards by providing great service; at times, they have gone above and beyond to ensure both!

    Our company has bought a number of cars and trucks from Kendall Ford, there is no reason to go any where else. The friendly staff, large selection and better than competitive pricing are just a few reasons you won't have to look any further for the vehicle of your choice.

    This review is regarding my last service experience only. The bullets above do not reflect prior service and sales experiences. My last visit was quite satisfactory, timely and efficient. The service desk personnel and service manager were friendly, attentive and worked to make this visit a success. It was. The last visit rates five stars. The three star rating reflects an overview of the service department as a whole over the last four years.

    Be very careful when getting your vehicle serviced, as the mechanics are often in a hurry and seem to forget to do things like topping off fluids during an oil change, although they sign off saying they did. Also seem to be in such a hurry they seem to take short cuts that cause more damage than good. When brought to their attention, they do make it good, but you still wonder what was really done under the hood in the first place. I will look around for a better place to have my vehicle serviced in the future.

    Online inventory, highly competitive internet pricing with timely and detailed feedback made the purchase of a new Ford a breeze. Excellent dealership support from the internet sales group and financing department made vehicle delivery a very pleasant experience.

    I went with my girlfriend to help her find a new car, my job was to run interference and keep the sales man distracted so she could look at cars without being harassed and asked a zillion questions. But we met Jess B. and we enjoyed talking to him and having him help us. He listened to what she wanted and long story short, my girlfriend has a car she likes and Jess will be getting our return business.

    My experience with Kendall Ford was excellent! I recently purchased a car from Cory N. and I love it! I got a 2014 Ford Focus ST. It is everything I wanted in a new car. Cory was great. He helped me set up my bluetooth and showed me how to use all of the high tech buttons in my new car that my previous car didn't have. I highly recommend asking for Cory N. when you go into Kendall Ford! I could not have had a better person to work with. Honest, smart and hard working!

    I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Focus for my son, who is a student at U of O. I was very pleased with the process at Kendall Ford. They negotiated an fair and extremely favorable price with me and did not try to sell me a lot of expensive add-ons. I have purchased many new and used cars over the years, and this was, by far, the best experience.

    We have dealt with Kendall three times and Brandon F. is by far the best sales person we have dealt with. In fact, we wouldn't have returned if he hadn't been available. He was knowledgable, personable, and great all around.

    I loved my experience at Kendall. I dealt with a nice, bright, young sales person who seemed to be genuinely interested in my satisfaction with my purchase. Basically, here's how it went: I had been looking for a 2012 Focus for some time. I travel a lot for work and had looked at other Ford stores. They didn't have much selection. Then, I looked online and Kendall Ford right by my house had more than anyone. I was concerned about charges and markup, but after e-mailing and calling in to them, I got a great price quote that was extremely competitive... It beat every single offer within 500 miles and on the car that was exactly right for me. They actually had colors to choose from! (Apparently, this isn't common at other Ford stores.) My internet sales manager was Neal Manser and I honestly wouldn't be writing this review if it weren't for him asking me to do so. I asked if I could bake him cookies or something and he said to just give him a good review online, so here I am! I liked buying a car from someone that was so knowledgeable about the car, and who was willing to take me to see all of the competition. This guy didn't only know about Fords, he knew about all of the competition as well. We compared the Toyota Corolla, Chevy Cruze, Honda Civic and Subaru Impreza. I didn't know that your Kendall Ford sales person could help at all of the Kendall stores, so this was one of my favorite things about the whole experience. I didn't have to meet five different people to sample five different cars, just one, friendly person! I get more compliments on this car than any I've ever had. It doesn't hurt that I am getting over 40 MPG on the highway and looking good while doing it. One last thing; I had a trade-in that I thought was basically worthless. A mid-1980s Honda Accord with over 300,000 miles, rust everywhere, broken windshield and even two flat tires. Kendall Ford didn't only take it off my hands, they gave me money for it. I'm sure that between the money they had to pay to have it crushed and what they gave me they probably lost money, but this is the way you make a customer for life. By going the extra mile and they certainly did for me. I'd buy the car again!

    We received an online estimate for a Fusion Hybrid that included an erroneous $2000 rebate. When the error was discovered, Kendall Ford immediately honored the estimate even though it meant they were selling the car to us for less than they paid for it. Tim Gonyea spent about 6 hours with us over 3 days. He was well informed, never put any pressure on us, and was delighted when we got such a good deal. Cory Newport arranged for us to compare a Fusion Hybrid with a Camry Hybrid, and had both cars waiting for us. He was also very low key and never put any pressure on us to buy. Gary Newport was helpful in finding the color we wanted. The entire staff, including the boss, Steve Ruiz, at Kendall Ford was pleasant, attentive in the best of ways, professional, and gave us excellent service even though they all knew they were losing money on the deal. You can't ask for better than that.

    I've been thinking for awhile to get my wife her dream car. This happens to be a Ford Mustang but the only problem is i wasn't sure if i wanted to buy from a dealership or find one myself on craigslist. I searched for a few months calling people, going to weird areas of town, and only to find not great mustangs. I decided to stop in at kendall ford and I was pleasantly surprised by its inventory of used mustangs...they seemed like new to me and my wife. We met the gentleman, Sal Abantangelo, he answered all of our questions and concerns regarding mustangs and low pressure. Definitely a guy ill use in the future. I can't wait for my wife to let me use her car now.

    We had a GREAT experience at Kendall Ford with the sales consultant, management, and even the service department. We worked primarily with Jess, who was down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and quick to listen to our needs and preferences for car buying. He wasn't pushy in the least, and was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Additionally, if there was something he could not answer, he consistently went out of his way to find answers for us. He was incredibly patient with our indecisiveness, and encouraging toward the whole process. We would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Jess to anyone....we will be returning customers!

    Jeff L. was great! I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid by showing up at the dealership one hour before closing time. He was not pushy, answered all my questions, showed me all the technical aspects of the car, and helped me find a financing that worked.
