I had gone on line to look at cars and received a e-mail back form Jason Bates asking if I had any questions, to contact him. That afternoon I took some time to visit the dealership. Jason was there and showed me around, looking a potential interests. A few days later my wife and I met Jason at the lot. He let us drive several cars, was very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, no pressure, guy. That afternoon we purchased the Ford Escape. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly.
