Dealership Sales Review
On May 6, 2015 we purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from Kendall Ford. We looked at several used Fusions on the lot and test drove a couple. We were looking at used cars because we didn't think we could afford a brand new one. After Nile Stark and Ronnie Arnold spent a lot of time working on different ways to get us into a used vehicle, we were asked if we had thought about a new car. Ronnie explained how we could get a new car easier than a used one because of all of the great rebate offers and such. He also explained about how the extended warranty would actually save us money in the long run, and he also told us how the GAP insurance worked. He also answered all of our questions. We were very surprised at how thorough he was. He took the time to make sure we were making informed decisions about our purchase. Everyone was very friendly and quite helpful. Now that we have a brand new car, I don't know if we will be in the market for another car in the future, but if we are, it will definitely be from Kendall Ford. I tell everyone to go over there and at least look.....you never know, we were "just looking" too.
