    Pete was very friendly and professional. He told me what the next steps were going to be when getting our first oil change, as well as the wait time. The car was finished / serviced a little before the time estimated. I was very satisfied with the service.

    Great sales people, not pushy in any way, Darrick Senseney Sales Consultant did a fantastic job. The Ford F150 crewcab ECO Boost pick up is just a state of the art pick-up and vehicle in my opinion!! The attention to detail inside and out is just incredible by the Ford Motor company. Ford is most likely on the top of their game right now. Remember FORD MOTOR COMPNAY did not need in money in 2008 for bail out money as other car companies did!! This is a big deal !!

    We were traveling through the area and my new Ford f150 needed its first oil change. From the gentleman who directed me where to park my truck to the cashier who checked me out, everyone made me feel like a long term customer. The gentleman who wrote up my work order was very helpful and pleasant. I had a question about the truck's payload and he took me over to the fleet manager who researched the question on line and got the answer. When we are in the area and need service, we will be back Jeff Lewis - Morro Bay CA

    As always every time I go in and all the reps are busy some customer jumps to the counter regardless to who entered first. This time two customers jumped in line. There needs to be an accountability system. Once at the counter I received exceptional service.

    Martin helped me choose a car that was perfect for me! He was very knowledgable about all aspects of the car, and made me feel completely comfortable driving away in my 2012 Ford Focus. I went into Kendall Ford very nervous, and I left feeling confident, with all of my questions answered. Thank you Martin, you were very helpful!

    My vehicle servicing was timely and finished within an excellent amount of time. Also, the final service price was well under the initial estimated price quote. Our service representative, Tammy Reynolds, was friendly and very accommodating.

    On two occasions while Summering in the greater Eugene area, I've had to bring my truck in for service related issues, the first time was due to the failure of another dealerships mechanic to properly repair my vehicle, the second was due to a new problem we experienced. Both times, your service department was on the problem, got things working the way they should and got the job done quickly and correctly. Spending money on vehicle repairs is not the way most people want to spend their money, or waiting for the vehicle service to be completed, that being said, Kendall Ford diagnosed the problem and got the job done very quickly, and I was on the road in the shortest amount of time I have ever been after a dealership repair. I have waited longer for an oil change at other places then I did getting repairs done at Kendall Ford. Great job, and I do and have recommend Kendall Ford to other people.

    I was able to make my appointment and have needed repairs done. I had to have my vehicle stay in the shop an extra day due to the extra work needed and Tammy did an excellent job explaining the reasons for the need to keep the truck longer. I had a difficult time trying to connect with a real person to check on the time to pick up my truck. I kept being sent to a voice mail. I had to get a little upset before I was put through to Tammy. Tammy did say she left me a voicemail, but I didn't receive it. Technology being what it is, She could have sent a voicemail and it did not go through. Overall, customer service was great, Tammy did a wonderful job.

    Could not be more pleased. I showed up without an appointment on a busy holiday weekend. I was not a regular customer (I was on a trip, 500 miles from home). They called me back in three hours and not only did they find the problem, they fixed it no charge (covered by a recall). The even spotted me some gas since I didn't have enough to get anywhere left in the tank.

    This was my first time to have a general checkup for the first 5,000 miles, Then to my surprise I was charged 39.95 for the oil change. From now on I will have Brads Chevrolet do the oil change and have this company do the work that is needed for my car. The service was great but for the charge, I know it was a small amount but for me it was a lot and My because of the small charge I will buy my next car or truck from some one else as well. My 2014 escape is a good car but not the best. Helen Young

    I bought a Ford Escape. I put off purchasing a car because I HATE to car shop but have to admit that Jason E was great. I never felt pressured, never felt like he was trying to double talk me. He made this buying process almost enjoyable. I know the dealership always "wins" in the end but I feel like I got a fair deal. Third day of driving the car and I still love it...no buyers remorse. Thanks Jason and Jeff...You might see my Dad in there soon :) He also loved the car!

    Casey was fantastic to work with. The financing part is always a little unnerving - going back and forth on details, and it takes hours to wrap up. Even with that being said, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience and me and the kids are really enjoying our "new" (2011) ride. :)

    Ryan Omlid, is Kendall Ford's best foot forward! We have been purchasing Fords for years and the current group of "kids" working at Kendall are sharp, personable and very focused. It is nice to see the next generation take the reins with such aplomb .
