Great service / communication problem?

onI was able to make my appointment and have needed repairs done. I had to have my vehicle stay in the shop an extra day due to the extra work needed and Tammy did an excellent job explaining the reasons for the need to keep the truck longer. I had a difficult time trying to connect with a real person to check on the time to pick up my truck. I kept being sent to a voice mail. I had to get a little upset before I was put through to Tammy. Tammy did say she left me a voicemail, but I didn't receive it. Technology being what it is, She could have sent a voicemail and it did not go through. Overall, customer service was great, Tammy did a wonderful job.
