    We had the first appointment of the day and the maintenance personal were right at the door ready to take vehicle before we were checked in. We were very impressed with the speed of the service and the friendliness of all persons involved with the service we needed.

    I like to think of my car as part of my family and spoil it like one. I always make sure to bring it to my local Kendall ford for all maitenence and repairs needed. Always the best service and great convenient location.

    My husband and I are very please with the service that Kendall Ford provides. We are also, extremely pleased with Sales Consultant, Martin Neustel. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased through Martin Neustel, and as always he is trustworthy and we feel confident we are getting a fair deal with him. If we purchase another vehicle in the future it will be from Martin Neustel.

    If you don't already know that dealers are the most unethical and expensive place for automotive transactions, you should really read on and open your eyes. I had excessive tire wear on my driver side rear tire. At 9:00 am Wednesday I took my F-150 to Kendall because unfortunately I purchased a warranty. I didn't hear anything from Kendall all day, so I called near the end of business hours on Wednesday and was told they would be keeping my truck over night. I called back on Thursday at 2:00 pm to find out what was going on and was told that they did a front end alignment and my truck would be ready in a couple of hours. I picked my truck up and was shown the specs on my alignment and told that it was initially perfectly aligned. So without my consent they charged me for a front end alignment which I did not need, and did not address my rear tire wear issue whatsoever. Also, when I picked up my truck they informed me that my rear breaks where worn out and I should have them worked on. This is information that should have been conveyed to me during the 2 days they had my truck I am moving my daughter to Spokane Washington with a 14' trailer fully loaded today for her first post-college job and thought I would have to do it with worn out breaks because Kendall couldn't pick up the phone to communicate anything on time. I called and stated that I want my money back for the work they did without consent and having nothing to do with the issue I was concerned about, and I still got the run around. I was told that one manager has to talk to a higher up manager to issue my money back for being ripped off for the front end alignment. I am supposedly going to hear back Monday whether or not they are going refund my $69.00 that they screwed me out of. It took them two days to rip me off and now at least two days to make things right. While I am forced to wait for my $69.00 refund I am betting that the con-artists at Kendall Ford have made hundreds of thousands off of unsuspecting customers. I read some reviews online and ended up taking my truck to Glen at GNC, Mohawk Service Center in Springfield because I am tired of the exploitation taking place at Kendall. He had me bring my truck in immediately and quoted me $200 dollars to do the rear break job with machining my rotors because I only have 50,000 miles on the truck. Kendall quoted me $480 if I brought it back to them. Glen called me an hour and a half after I brought it in and said it was done! When I got there he informed me that he measured the thickness of my rotors and that they were a bit thin. As I mentioned before he quoted me $200 dollars and stuck to his quote while throwing in $200 dollars worth of new premium rotors because he is a man of his word and honored his original quote. Glen is an honest craftsmen in his trade with little overhead and the ability and integrity to go above and beyond what is fair. I haven't ever had this quality of experience as a customer in the crooked trade of auto mechanics. Please do yourself, your family, and friends a favor and quit getting ripped off by the giants, Kendall dealership, all other dealerships, and Les Schwab. Take your vehicle to someone that cares and can beat the large rip off companies by at least half!

    The salesman was very helpful and patient. He even drove a car to my home, 95 miles away to get paperwork completed, turned around, and had to drive home afterwards. Great Service!

    Elizabeth A. at Kendall Honda of Eugene was very informative about the car I was interested in. Helped me set up the phone and told me all about the cool tech things is has. Getting to the financing was a little slow, but once in, it went pretty fast. The only thing that was not great was that you had to buy maintenance programs. VW, Toyota, Fiat, they all have 2 or 3 year maintenance programs. ie. free oil change

    We have a 2011 Ford Fusion and have used only Kendall Ford for servicing as well as purchasing new tires from them. All of our experiences with them have been more than acceptable. When we go to purchase a second hand car we will be doing it with Kendall.

    Ford Escape - People were helpful n most areas, but because of my age I am still not able to understand most of the new items run by computer?? I have a hard time remembering what to do. The book given to me is set up for all the different cars., not just the Escape, it has been difficult for me to know which ones are for the car I have.

    My husband and I went in looking for a car so I can drive it back and forth to my new job. We were only looking. We were thinking that there was no way we would get approved for a car. Glenn our sales guy showed us an automatic and I was more interested in a manual so he showed us one on the show room floor and we both really like it and again thinking theres no way we would get approved we decided to try any way.we figured the worse he could say is no you didn't get approved.he came back and said yes your approved and then we took it for a test drive .I really like it and so did my husband. We bought the car and the best part was we got a better deal than we thought we would and we were in and out of there on a Friday in about 3 hours. Everyone was so nice.

    2014 Transit Connect, purchased Sept. 2014 warantee work finished. Everyone curtious, friendly, even taken to buy a burger for lunch! Pleasant short trip, friendly driver. Many smiles.

    I came in for a recall on my car. Ashley was friendly and communicated well. She gets a a+ from me. I got one of your rentals across the street at ford rentals. The lady there wasn't very friendly, didn't talk much and made me feel like I was bothering her. When I returned the rental the young man who helped me was very nice and friendly and helpful.

    After spending almost 60K for a new F-350 Super Duty and having multiple problems stemming from a broken light switch, which should be seen as a "SAFETY" issue. To begin with my new 2015 F-350 Super Duty is only a few months old with about 2,400 miles, for Ford to, in the first place, have a headlight switch made of plastic is unreal. But never the less to be asked by Kendall Ford to wait for a full week to get you in on a "possible warrantee service" is uncalled for. They just don't get it...... They expect one of their customers after spending 60K, to hold on to the light switch while driving at night, or at the very best, to keep it near your side while driving at night, then to have them say it's a " POSSIBLE" warrantee issue is just as stupid. They got your money, now what, give them your blood. on a truck that just yesterday I made the 3rd. payment on. Give me a break, after complaining about the week wait, they called me back today and graciously offered to bring it in tomorrow on a "We'll try to fit you in" type of basis. This screams of almost psychological abuse. Not to mentioned, A safety issue being ignored !!! Well, I now know where NOT TO GO when spending 60 thousand dollars. THEY JUST DON'T GET IT !!

    This is the review I posted for Kendall Ford on google: After having an awful experience at two different Dodge dealerships, I decided that the large rebates on the RAM 1500 weren't worth the headache of dealing with macho nonsense and headed to Kendall Ford to check out the F-150s. I was immediately greeted by Lisa (took 15 minutes at the Dodge dealer) and she spent the next 45 minutes showing me every F-150 on the lot, comparing packages on various Lariat, Platinum, and King Ranch F-150s. I ultimately learned why the F-150 is more expensive than the RAM 1500, the tech on the F-150 is incredible. Nothing like I've ever seen in any truck. I was having trouble settling on which Lariat I wanted and we passed by a King Ranch and decided to hop in. As soon as the air cooled seats and massaging captains chairs fired up I was hooked. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $ on a nice F-150 and be sure you ask for Lisa. She's kind, patient, straightforward, and always cheerful. She even stayed after closing time to wait for me to get out of financing so she could spend another 15 minutes making sure I knew how everything worked. Absolutely top notch customer service.     I have purchased four vehicles from Kendall Florida since 2006. I've been a Chevy guy for 30 years, now not so much. The entire staff at Kendall Ford changed my preference by just doing a great job at every detail of my. The best experience continues into service and parts where I have witnessed a group of great people who went out of they're way for my expectations. They also have a knowledgeable group of service technicians who very calmly explained a very simple detail of my car went above and beyond call of the duty to help me with my Shelby Mustang I purchased at Kendall. From sales to service and parts Kendall is a solid Dealership. It's old school at Kendall Ford, and I hope it stays that way.
