    2015 Expedition. We came back to our favorite salesman, Mel King. He has sold us 2 Expeditions in the last couple of years. We are very impressed with his professionalism, helpful attitude and friendly, enthusiastic attitude. the other staff members were also very professional and helpful. The process to buy a car is long, 3 1/2 hours for us this last time, but they made every effort to make the process move smoothly and seamlessly, always with a smile, even staying after the end of their shift.     John the shuttle driver was fantastic. The service department is not so intuitive though -- so some signs about where to start etc (since apparently no one comes out to greet cars that drive in) would be helpful. The service itself was done well and the shuttle service worked as a charm.

    Brought my truck for some soft ware updating. They checked out my truck informed me of some items to be concerned about. They even informed me that the update was not i had to do but could be helpful. very pleased.

    The purchasing process was very simple and professional. Called a couple weeks later to let them know we hadn't received the title yet and they had it sent fedex the next day. Would definitely purchase a car here again.

    I did most of my deal over the phone, told them my payment max and they helped get it to where it need to be.. Got to pick the color I wanted. I drove 80 miles to finish the deal, and they said if I got up there and decided I didn't want it they would fuel up my truck.. Im a ford person, our family is a ford family, and I will now continue to do allllll of my business with Kendall. Couldn't be more happy with my new fusion..

    I purchased a 2015 F150 Supercrew Sport 4x4. We worked with Jason Engle form the internet sales department . He did a great job for My wife & I. My only complaint out of the experience had nothing to do with Jason's excellent customer service, but the limited inventory on hand. The only remaining 6' bed on the lot right after we test drove it. Took almost two weeks to get a comp truck. Jason stayed in touch with us the whole time and kept us updated while the truck was being pulled from Idaho. Again, my only complaint was not in our salesman's power to control, and he did everything he could to keep us happy under the circumstances. I would buy from Him, and Kendall again.

    Our brand new escape had a recall before we'd even made our first payment, but Kendall quickly fixed the problem. The staff was helpful and polite and fast. I only wish that when I started the car the clock had been reset and the AC was not set on the highest, blasting setting.

    The reason that I brought my truck in was because when I put the fan in the high position for the climate control, it would start to smoke. It was quickly diagnosed and repaired. My only complaint was that I didn't get a call explaining the problem on the day that I took it in even though the problem was known. I had to call in the next morning to check on the status. Within hours, it was repaired and I was picking up my truck.

    It was a relaxed easy buying experience. I was able to take my time in choosing a truck and at no time did the salesmen push me into making a fast choice. It was awesome. I was able to drive the trucks home, show my family with different trucks. Thank you Mel & Kassidy.

    Great experience purchasing online from Jason Engle....we were making a big move from Hawaii to Oregon, and needed a car immediately upon our arrival. Jason gave us a fair price, held the vehicle until we arrived, then provided a stress free purchase once we got to town; in and out with our new vehicle within 1-hour!

    We are a Ford family and we live close to Kendall Ford. It is very convenient to book a servicing appointment and get back to the house. I hear they also offer a shuttle for folks who are not in the neighborhood. Staff are friendly and the work is done within the given time frame. The vehicle reports they provide are also very helpful and provide you a history of what has been done to your vehicle in the event you have to sell, etc. They also have the technology to alert and have you approve work via text messages. As a techie, I did that! The free car wash is also a plus. :)

    The Fusion I got is very easy to handle, we took it out HWY 126 to the coast. And it got good mpg. I am still learning some of the fiture. I like the rear camera too. Over all I"m pretty happy with it.
