Dealership Sales Review
This is the review I posted for Kendall Ford on google: After having an awful experience at two different Dodge dealerships, I decided that the large rebates on the RAM 1500 weren't worth the headache of dealing with macho nonsense and headed to Kendall Ford to check out the F-150s. I was immediately greeted by Lisa (took 15 minutes at the Dodge dealer) and she spent the next 45 minutes showing me every F-150 on the lot, comparing packages on various Lariat, Platinum, and King Ranch F-150s. I ultimately learned why the F-150 is more expensive than the RAM 1500, the tech on the F-150 is incredible. Nothing like I've ever seen in any truck. I was having trouble settling on which Lariat I wanted and we passed by a King Ranch and decided to hop in. As soon as the air cooled seats and massaging captains chairs fired up I was hooked. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $ on a nice F-150 and be sure you ask for Lisa. She's kind, patient, straightforward, and always cheerful. She even stayed after closing time to wait for me to get out of financing so she could spend another 15 minutes making sure I knew how everything worked. Absolutely top notch customer service.
